Công ty TNHH thiết bị công nghệ Makawa với Với đội ngũ thiết kế, thi công chuyên nghiệp tùy theo yêu cầu của Khách hàng, Chúng tôi có thể sử dụng các vật liệu khác nhau để thi công phòng cách âm.
Các máy phát điện công nghiệp chạy bằng động cơ đốt trong đều sẽ phát ra tiếng ồn và rung động. Cho dù các tổ máy phát điện này được sản xuất với công nghệ hiện đại nhất thì khi vận hành liên tục hay dự phòng đều phát ra tiếng ồn.
Do đó phải tiết giảm tiếng ồn khi vận hành để đáp ứng các độ ồn mong muốn của chủ đầu tư cũng như tuân thủ theo tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam.

Tiếng ồn của tổ máy phát điện được tạo ra bởi sáu nguồn chính:
1. Tiếng ồn của động cơ. Chủ yếu là do các lực cơ và cháy, điển hình trong dải từ 100 dB(A) đến 121 dB(A), đo ở cách 1 m, tuỳ thuộc kích cỡ động cơ.
2. Tiếng ồn của quạt làm mát. Do không khí chuyển động với tốc độ cao qua động cơ và bộ tản nhiệt. Dải tiếng ồn từ 100 dB(A) đến 105 dB(A) ở cách 1 m.
3. Tiếng ồn của máy phát điện xoay chiều. Do không khí làm mát và ma sát chổi than gây ra. Dải tiếng ồn xấp xỉ từ 80 dB(A) đến 90 dB(A) ở cách 1 m.
4. Tiếng ồn do hiện tượng cảm ứng. Do thăng giáng dòng điện trong cuộn dây máy phát điện xoay chiều dẫn đến tiếng ồn cơ khí trong dải từ 80 dB(A) đến 90 dB(A) ở cách 1 m.
5. Xả khí từ động cơ. Nếu không có bộ giảm thanh khí xả từ động cơ, tiếng ồn trong dải từ 120 dB(A) đến 130 dB(A) hoặc cao hơn, nhưng thường được giảm thấp xuống mức tối thiểu là 15 dB(A) khi có lắp bộ giảm thanh tiêu chuẩn.
6. Tiếng ồn do kết cấu cơ khí. Do rung động cơ khí của các chi tiết và bộ phận kết cấu khác nhau, bức xạ dưới dạng âm thanh.
Căn cứ vào các nguồn phát sinh tiếng ồn như đã nêu, cùng với kích thước, vị trí sẽ hoặc đã đặt máy phát điên, đội ngũ thiết kế, kỹ thuật của Công Ty TNHH Thiết Bị Công Nghệ Makawa sẽ đưa ra phương án thi công hệ thống cách âm, nhằm giải quyết vấn đề về độ ồn một cách khả thi nhất với chi phí hợp lý mà trong quá trình thi công không ảnh hưởng tới hoạt động sản xuất…
Khách hàng có thể lựa chọn vật liệu thi công hệ thống cách âm bằng bông cách nhiệt, hoặc thi công hệ thống cách âm hiệu Rockwool tỷ trọng cao từ 80kg/m3 đến 100kg/m3, vải thủy tinh dày có màu trắng (đen) để thi công phòng cách âm, hoặc sử dụng vải tiêu âm và cao su lưu hóa chất lượng cao để lắp đặt trong vỏ cách âm máy phát điện đảm bảo:
• Thi công hệ thống cách âm: Đạt tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam về độ ồn cho phép < 68 + ( – ) 2 dB.
• Nhiệt độ luôn tối ưu để MPĐ luôn hoạt động đúng công suất < 40 độ c .
• Lưu lượng không khí lưu thông trong phòng máy luôn đủ để tăng tuổi thọ máy.
• Tính thẩm mỹ cao trong thiết kế và thi công hệ thống cách âm.
